Terms of Use
By using Tabakta you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
1. The service
Tabakta is a calorie and nutrition tracking app provided by Lalettayin. It lets you log meals by photo, search or manual entry and follow your personal goal, weight and water intake.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 13; if you are under 18 you need the consent of a parent or guardian. An account is required. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it.
3. Health disclaimer
Tabakta is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Calorie and nutrient values, plans and goal suggestions are for general information. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, an eating disorder or a chronic condition, take medication, or plan a significant change to your diet, consult a physician or dietitian first. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
4. Accuracy
Photo analysis is an AI estimate and can be wrong. Food database values are compiled from various sources; product recipes change. Checking and correcting results is your responsibility.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app unlawfully, access someone else's account, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, scrape it with automated tools, bypass security measures, or upload unlawful, infringing or inappropriate content such as profile photos or usernames.
6. Your content
Your photos and records remain yours. You allow us to process them only to provide the service to you (storing, analysing, syncing between your devices). See the Privacy Policy.
7. Premium subscription
Meal logging, search, manual entry, your plan, progress and water tracking are free. The AI features — photo analysis, "Tarif et" (describe) and "Düzelt" (fix) — need a Premium subscription.
- Plans and price: we offer a yearly and a monthly plan. The price, period and renewal amount are shown in the app, as returned by the store, before you buy; the App Store or Google Play takes the payment and charges your store account.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the list price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Offers: discounted offers shown in the app apply to the first subscription period only and can be taken until the end date shown; later periods renew at the list price.
- Cancelling and managing: cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (in the app: Settings → "Aboneliği yönet"); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and Premium stays on until then. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds: refund requests go through the store that took the payment (Apple or Google), under its rules.
- Right of withdrawal: Premium is a digital service whose performance starts immediately with your purchase confirmation; under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and services once performance has started. The store's refund rules and your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
- Restoring purchases: you can restore a subscription bought with the same store account using "Satın alımları geri yükle"; a subscription is active on one Tabakta account at a time.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design, software and brand belong to Lalettayin. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account actions → Delete my account. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously breach these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on values in the app, for indirect damages or for data loss. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions: destek@tabakta.app.
